CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Your reservation is time intentionally set aside exclusively for you. Because each experience requires preparation and blocks your companion’s availability from other guests, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.

RESCHEDULING — MORE THAN 24 HOURS

Plans change, and we understand.
Reservations may be rescheduled when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Your deposit will be transferred to your new reservation date. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES — LESS THAN 24 HOURS

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before your scheduled reservation will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

The deposit is non-refundable because your companion’s time was specifically reserved for you and unavailable for another guest during that period.

If you would still like to reserve another date, a new deposit will be required.

NO-SHOWS

A guest is considered a no-show when they fail to arrive for their scheduled reservation without providing notice.

No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will no longer be eligible to book with Sensual Surrender.

We value both your time and ours and ask that confirmed reservations be treated accordingly.

LATE ARRIVALS

Your reservation begins and ends at the scheduled times. Arriving late may shorten your experience so that subsequent reservations and commitments are not affected.

Late arrival does not qualify for a refund, credit, or extension of the scheduled reservation.
