Welcome to Sensual Surrender. By accessing this website, submitting a reservation, or purchasing an experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
RESERVATIONS
All experiences are available by reservation only and are subject to availability. A reservation is not considered confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been successfully received and confirmation has been provided.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve an experience. Valid government-issued identification may be requested to verify age.
PAYMENTS
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation unless otherwise stated during booking. Guests may also choose to pay the full reservation amount at the time of booking.
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment instructions provided with the reservation.
Prices are based on the selected experience, reserved time, and any applicable enhancements or requested accommodations.
NATURE OF THE EXPERIENCE
Sensual Surrender provides private, personalized relaxation and companionship experiences for adults.
Payment is for the reserved time of your companion and the experience described at booking. Payment does not purchase or guarantee any particular physical, romantic, or sexual interaction.
Any interaction between consenting adults must remain voluntary and based upon mutual comfort and consent. Either person may establish or change a boundary at any time.
GUEST CONDUCT & BOUNDARIES
Respectful behavior is required at all times.
Harassment, threats, intimidation, coercion, violence, discriminatory behavior, or disregard for stated boundaries will not be tolerated. An experience may be ended immediately if a guest behaves inappropriately or creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment.
Ending an experience because of inappropriate conduct does not entitle the guest to a refund.
ARRIVAL
Exact arrival information is provided to confirmed guests before their scheduled reservation.
Please arrive at your scheduled time rather than early to maintain privacy and allow adequate preparation between reservations.
Guests are expected to arrive freshly showered and practice appropriate personal hygiene.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests are governed by the Cancellation Policy provided during booking and available through this website.
Late arrivals do not automatically extend the reserved appointment time.
PRIVACY & DISCRETION
Guest privacy is important to Sensual Surrender. Reservation information and personal details are handled discreetly and used as reasonably necessary to manage reservations, communicate with guests, process payments, and operate the business.
Guests are likewise expected to respect the privacy of the companion and the private nature of the experience.
Unauthorized photography, audio recording, or video recording is prohibited.
ALCOHOL & INTOXICATION
Complimentary beverage options may be offered where legally permitted. Guests are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly.
Service may be declined or discontinued when a guest appears excessively intoxicated or impaired.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during an appointment. Sensual Surrender is not responsible for lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged personal property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
RIGHT TO REFUSE OR END AN EXPERIENCE
Sensual Surrender reserves the right to decline, cancel, or discontinue a reservation when reasonably necessary for safety, inappropriate conduct, suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or other legitimate business reasons.
WEBSITE CONTENT
All branding, written content, graphics, photographs, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Sensual Surrender unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The version posted on this website at the time of a reservation will apply unless otherwise required by law.
